2. Refund Process

• Once approved, send the product to our return address.
• After verification, refunds will be initiated within 5–7 business days.

3. Non-Returnable Items

• Opened or used products
• Products damaged due to customer misuse
• Free samples or promotional items

4. Damaged/Incorrect Product

If the product received is damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with images and order details for prompt replacement or refund.
